Job Title: Salon & Spa Receptionist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: On-site | Salon & Spa Environment

Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our salon and spa team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and professional experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, follows structure, and delivers exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting clients and checking them in and out
• Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
• Booking, confirming, and managing appointments
• Handling cash and processing payments accurately
• Signing guests into the pool and following all facility protocols
• Following all salon policies, exact guidelines, and training procedures
• Completing daily paperwork and administrative tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk and common areas
• Supporting service providers and management as needed

Schedule Requirements:

• Weekends may be required
• Most major holidays are required, including but not limited to:
• Christmas
• Easter
• New Year’s Day

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable handling cash and basic administrative duties
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of salon or spa front desk experience
• OR
• A valid professional license in Esthetics, Cosmetology, Massage Therapy, or Manicuring
