Summary

We are seeking an Attendant to join our team at Blinds Plus. In this role, you will assist customers with their window covering needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting window coverings that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide product information and demonstrate features to enhance customer understanding.
• Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong selling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate transaction processing.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Familiarity with lighting design or remodeling is beneficial but not required.
