Summary
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees at the IOC Building. This individual will provide a welcoming and professional environment while performing a variety of administrative and facility support tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description

Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.

Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure security procedures are followed.

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and conference rooms.

Schedule and manage meeting room reservations as needed.

Assist the Facilities Manager with administrative tasks, work orders, and vendor coordination.

Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering and restocking as necessary.

Support company events and meetings with setup, refreshments, and logistics.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma
-
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a related role or field

Strong working knowledge with Microsoft 360
-
Great organization and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates/Bachelor's Degree

Notary Public Certification
Hours: Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm
Salary: $20.22 - $28.80/hour.
