We are looking for a receptionist/ office assistant for our Lake Charles location. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
1. Must be able to answer phone.
2. Must be able to do some simple math calculation.
3. Ability to learn or have experience with granite and cabinet materials, and able to introduce our product to customers.
4. Maintain install schedule, learn and file appropriate paperwork, have computer experience with Microsoft, google calendar and Quick books.
5. Work Weekends
