We are looking for a polished, reliable, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first impression of our firm.

Position Overview
This role is not just answering phones, it is the front line of our firm. You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, handling client intake, and ensuring every potential and existing client experiences a high level of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls using firm protocol:

“Hi, Multani Law Group, this is [Your Name]. How may I help you?”

• Conduct initial client intake and gather essential case information
• Route calls efficiently and accurately to the appropriate team member
• Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely manner
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Handle high call volumes with professionalism and urgency
• Follow up with leads and ensure no inquiry is missed
• Support administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Prior receptionist, call center, or client-facing experience (law firm experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills—clear, professional, and confident
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• High level of reliability and punctuality (non-negotiable)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems and protocols
• Comfortable handling sensitive and urgent client situations
• Bilingual (Spanish or Punjabi) is a strong asset
