- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, directing them to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms or staff as required.
- Assist with various administrative projects as needed, supporting other departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including preparing packages for shipment.
