Receptionist

MacGillis Law Group is a Personal Injury law firm that is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Elm Grove office to join our operations team. The position’s focus on answering the phones, greeting clients, potential clients, and other guests of the law firm, and other administrative tasks.

This requires strong communication skills both via phone, text, chat and email, data entry, and other tasks related to administrative tasks. Our Receptionist possess qualities that positive, a polite demeanor, strong-problem solving skills, and is highly reliable.

We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, focused and is able to manage a high volume workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.

This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment.

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Salary to commensurate with experience and will be determined in part by the qualifications of the selected candidate.
