- Freshers/ Experienced with good communication skill and appearance has added advantage
- Handles the reception area in a professional, courteous and orderly manner. Greet all visitors to the company with care and respect.
- Handle the Telephone (3CX) System efficiently and transfer all incoming / outgoing calls to the concerned personnel.
- Maintain visitors log regularly.
- Ensure proper decorum is maintained always at the reception area and provide all support to the visitors on their arrival.
- Prepare various reports, correspondence, memos, forms, bulletins, vouchers, requisitions, purchase orders and other material from rough drafts.
- Must be responsible to handle insurance related matters like GLPA/Medical of all employees, Employers .
- Responsible to co-ordinate with respective officials for all other insurance related matters.
- Transcribes from verbal dictation and may take shorthand if required.
- Answers telephone, directs callers and takes messages.
- Time and date stamping for incoming documents and prepare outgoing correspondence and other materials for mailing.
- Scan & file the courier slip with shipment details.
- Must receive invoices/put stamp on the invoice, scan & file same.
- Must co-ordinate with courier service representatives to send the official documents and must keep the track of same.
- Maintains records and a proper filing system.
- Performs other clerical duties of a similar nature.
- Administration related Vehicle logs to be updated.
- Any miscellaneous duties as specified by the management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
