We’re seeking a professional, organized, and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, attorneys, and visitors. This is more than a front desk role, it’s a key position in maintaining the firm’s reputation for precision, professionalism, and excellence.

What You’ll Do

· Greet clients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism

· Manage multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately

· Schedule meetings and maintain conference room calendars

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

-Help staff with administrative tasks including scanning, filing, and data entry

· Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all interactions

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum High school diploma

· Prior experience in a legal or professional office setting is a plus

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Receptionist Starting Rate: $20 an hour
