Overview
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, answering calls, and assisting clients and staff with administrative support. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Creole is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
  • Maintain the reception area in an organized and welcoming manner
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; Creole is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
