Receptionist

Receptionist Vacancy – Investment Company

A leading investment company is seeking to hire a professional and presentable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answering phone calls and directing inquiries
  • Managing appointments and meeting room schedules
  • Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Providing administrative support when required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Good appearance and professional attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Organized and able to multitask

Location: Abu Dhabi
