Receptionist Job Description
A receptionist is the first point of contact in an organization, responsible for handling front desk tasks and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage appointments and schedules
- Handle emails, mail, and deliveries
- Keep reception area clean and organized
- Assist with basic admin tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Multitasking and organization skills
- Customer service mindset
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in similar role is a plus
Work Environment:
- Offices, hotels, clinics, and companies
- Interaction with clients and visitors daily

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
