Receptionist

Receptionist Job Description

A receptionist is the first point of contact in an organization, responsible for handling front desk tasks and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Manage appointments and schedules
  • Handle emails, mail, and deliveries
  • Keep reception area clean and organized
  • Assist with basic admin tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Multitasking and organization skills
  • Customer service mindset

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in similar role is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Offices, hotels, clinics, and companies
  • Interaction with clients and visitors daily

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
