Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support in a fast-paced IT company environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and the ability to handle visitors and office coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management
  • Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support
  • Manage office supplies and basic office documentation
  • Ensure a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist HR/Admin team in day-to-day office tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/B.Com or equivalent preferred)
  • 1–3 years of receptionist/front desk experience
  • Good English and Urdu communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer usage
  • Presentable, punctual, and professional attitude
  • Candidates living near DHA Phase 8 will be preferred

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
