Receptionist / Front Desk Officer (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, organized, and welcoming Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our company. As the face and voice of our office, you will play a crucial role in shaping visitor and client impressions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a polished demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor Management: Warmly welcome, greet, and direct visitors, clients, and vendors to the appropriate person or department.
  • Call Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as sorting and distributing daily mail/couriers, scanning documents, and data entry.
  • Coordination: Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms and assist in coordinating office appointments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain visitor logs and office sign-in sheets accurately.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Freshers or Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative/customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Urdu and English.
  • Appearance & Professionalism: A well-groomed, professional appearance with a courteous and positive attitude.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable handling basic office equipment (telephone exchange, scanner/printer).
  • Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent time management, and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Education: Minimum Intermediate/A-Levels or Bachelors degree.
