We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized
- Handle courier deliveries, incoming/outgoing mail, and documents
- Maintain records, filing systems, and office supplies
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as required
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
