We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere at all times
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, screening calls and forwarding messages efficiently
  • Handle all front desk duties including checking in guests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management software with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly stored
  • Support office management activities such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with clerical tasks including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting administrative projects as needed

Experience

  • Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong clerical skills
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer support environments demonstrating professionalism and effective communication
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
