Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, and staff, providing excellent customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and vendors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments as needed.
- Maintain and organize patient and office records.
- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Monitor office supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean and organized.
- Provide support to management and other departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
