Job Description:
- Responsible for managing front desk operations.
- Managing the reception area, directing visitors to appropriate personnel, and maintaining a tidy and professional environment.
- Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing emails, and coordinating appointments.
Qualification:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively handle inquiries
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
- Have experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and office usage software.
- Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.
