We’re Hiring – Front Desk Receptionist

Shafa MedPoint Clinic, a modern multi-specialty center focused on Aesthetics, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, and Women’s Health, is seeking a professional and well-presented receptionist to join our front desk team.

Key Qualifications:

• Polished appearance and friendly, welcoming attitude
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to organize patient flow and coordinate appointments
• Previous experience in clinics or aesthetic centers is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage calls, bookings, and daily patient schedules
• Ensure a calm and organized reception area
• Collaborate with medical staff for smooth clinic operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
