My Perfumes Factory LLC is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while providing administrative support to the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
  • Receive and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and packages.
  • Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist with office coordination and support various departments as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and report replenishment requirements.
  • Ensure all visitors follow company procedures and security protocols.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate matters when necessary.
  • Support management with general administrative duties.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
