My Perfumes Factory LLC is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience while providing administrative support to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Receive and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and packages.
- Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist with office coordination and support various departments as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and report replenishment requirements.
- Ensure all visitors follow company procedures and security protocols.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate matters when necessary.
- Support management with general administrative duties.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
