Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional, smart, and organized female Receptionist & Admin Executive to manage our front desk and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Handle visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and documentation.
- Coordinate office maintenance and supply management (stationery, refreshments, etc.).
- Support HR and Accounts teams with data entry, attendance tracking, and record management.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role (preferably in a corporate environment).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Positive attitude

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
