Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Reception Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, and external parties at the reception area.
  • Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring proper registration and compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.

Administrative Support

  • Handle daily administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and pantry needs, including managing inventory and placing orders.
  • Support the planning and coordination of internal events, meetings, and giveaways.
  • Assist in managing facility-related needs such as buffet requirements, meeting room preparation, and general office upkeep.
  • Coordinate with company drivers for daily assignments, vehicle maintenance, and route scheduling.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, office coordination, or similar support roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage both external vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
