Receptionist & Administrative Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, and external parties at the reception area.

Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring proper registration and compliance with company procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
Administrative Support

Handle daily administrative tasks.

Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and pantry needs, including managing inventory and placing orders.

Support the planning and coordination of internal events, meetings, and giveaways.

Assist in managing facility-related needs such as buffet requirements, meeting room preparation, and general office upkeep.

Coordinate with company drivers for daily assignments, vehicle maintenance, and route scheduling.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.

1–3 years of experience in reception, administration, office coordination, or similar support roles.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage both external vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
