Receptionist and Admin Executive

India

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Manage the reception email and respond to inquiries or forward them as appropriate.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support HR and management with documentation and filing.
  • Assist in travel arrangements and hotel bookings for staff, if required.
  • Maintain records and databases (employee records, visitors log, etc.)
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Fresher can also apply
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
