Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Manage the reception email and respond to inquiries or forward them as appropriate.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support HR and management with documentation and filing.
- Assist in travel arrangements and hotel bookings for staff, if required.
- Maintain records and databases (employee records, visitors log, etc.)
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
