Receptionist and Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage front-desk operations while supporting business development activities through lead generation and client coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reception, incoming calls, emails, and visitor management
  • Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads
  • Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential clients
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives


Requirement

  • 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, telesales, or sales support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
  • Professional, confident, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a valid UAE residence visa (own visa)
