Key Responsibilities

Handle reception, incoming calls, emails, and visitor management

Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads

Schedule meetings for the Business Development team

Maintain CRM records and follow up with potential clients

Support marketing and business development initiatives
Requirement

1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, telesales, or sales support

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage

Professional, confident, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Must have a valid UAE residence visa (own visa)
