Receptionist (Arabic Speakers only)

Receptionist (Arabic Speaker Only) – Real Estate Company

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Arabic-speaking Receptionist to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and استقبال clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and manage incoming calls in both Arabic and English
  • Handle inquiries about property listings and direct clients to the appropriate agents
  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure a tidy reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and documents
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Coordinate with sales agents and management as needed

Requirements:

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory) with good English communication skills
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
