Job Summary
We are seeking a well-presented, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dermatology clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing appointments, inquiries, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Management
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Register new patients and update medical records accurately.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media messages.
- Guide patients regarding services, pricing, and basic treatment information.
Billing & Administrative Support
- Handle patient billing, payments (cash/card/online), and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with insurance companies when applicable.
- Maintain daily cash reconciliation and submit reports to management.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of patient records.
Clinic Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists regarding schedules.
- Ensure waiting area is clean, organized, and comfortable.
- Monitor stock of front desk supplies and inform management when needed.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions by informing patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic.
- Familiarity with clinic management software is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
- Basic knowledge of dermatology or aesthetic treatments is a plus.
