Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Great Lakes Forest Products, Inc. This role is essential in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service while facilitating communication between our English and Spanish-speaking clients. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for reliability and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assoicates in a professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Perform administrative tasks including scanning and data entry.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for staff.
• Provide bilingual support to clients and associcates as needed to enhance communication.
• Utilize phone systems effectively to manage calls efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in office software applications; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
