Receptionist & Claims Specialist

Job Overview
Solinsky Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist & Claims Specialist to join our team. This role combines daily front desk responsibilities along with claims processing duties, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of insurance claims within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess friendly & outgoing customer service. Your proactive approach will help enhance client experience while maintaining accurate records and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and providing information as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed in absence of staff members.
  • Provide basic & accurate information in a timely manner via in person, phone or email.
  • Assist clients with claims by verifying coverage, providing proper claim forms, filing and tracking claims during process.
  • Mediate between insurance carrier and claimants/clients as necessary.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/equivalent required
  • Proven clerical experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, providers, insurance companies, and team members.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
