About the Role:

We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist with experience in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing administrative support and ensuring smooth communication within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails efficiently.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain office supplies.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with project and site teams as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive (preferably in the construction field).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
