Role Overview
We are looking for a
professional and well-presented Receptionist
to manage front desk operations on a
temporary basis
. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring a seamless visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the
front desk
and act as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients

Greet and assist guests in a
professional and courteous manner

Handle
incoming calls
, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages

Maintain
visitor logs
and ensure compliance with office protocols

Coordinate
meeting room bookings
and ensure rooms are set up as required

Support with
basic administrative tasks
(data entry, document handling, filing)

Manage
courier services
, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries

Assist internal teams with
coordination and scheduling support

Ensure the reception area is
clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a
receptionist/front desk/admin role

Strong
communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable, professional, and customer-focused approach

Ability to
multitask and manage time effectively

Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
