Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations on a temporary basis . This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently while ensuring a seamless visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and act as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients
  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls , route them appropriately, and take accurate messages
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with office protocols
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up as required
  • Support with basic administrative tasks (data entry, document handling, filing)
  • Manage courier services , incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries
  • Assist internal teams with coordination and scheduling support
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist/front desk/admin role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
