We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Reception cum Admin to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support at Align Pilates Studio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attend and manage incoming calls professionally
2. Greet clients and handle front-desk operations
3. Manage class bookings and schedules using Mindbody software
4. Maintain basic records and reports using Microsoft Excel
5. Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about services
6. Assist with daily administrative tasks
7. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
2. Familiarity with Mindbody software (preferred; training can be provided)
3. Good communication and customer service skills
4. Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
5. Ability to multitask and work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
