Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized and professional Receptionist cum Admin to manage front desk operations and support daily administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Handle courier services, deliveries, and outgoing mail
  • Manage meeting room bookings and staff appointments
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Assist with documentation, filing, and report preparation
  • Support HR/Admin tasks such as attendance and records management
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Admin Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure
