About the Role:

We are hiring an Office Assistant (Receptionist cum Admin) to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai on a 6-month contract (12 PM - 8 PM shift) . This role will act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring smooth office operations and a positive workplace experience. You will provide administrative and reception support while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely distribution.
  • Oversee visitor management, including access control, badge issuance, and reception activities.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, document filing, and record management.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment.
  • Support office operations, projects, and data entry across systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures, including First Aid and Fire Marshall responsibilities.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
