About the Role:
We are hiring an
Office Assistant (Receptionist cum Admin)
to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Dubai on a
6-month contract
(12 PM - 8 PM shift)
. This role will act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring smooth office operations and a positive workplace experience. You will provide administrative and reception support while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely distribution.

Oversee visitor management, including access control, badge issuance, and reception activities.

Provide administrative support such as scheduling, document filing, and record management.

Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory replenishment.

Support office operations, projects, and data entry across systems.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures, including First Aid and Fire Marshall responsibilities.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.

Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
