Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for managing all receptionist duties while providing comprehensive administrative support to the HCM office
Responsibilities:

Present at reception as the face of company, welcome guest.

Take care of every area of office (ensure that offices and pantry are in good conditions; purchase office supplies, stationery, snack and coffee.)

Provide administrative assistance to co-workers (onboarding, offboarding, engagement, working station, name card, meeting room management, flower service to partners …)

Work with Line Manager to organize internal activities.

Work with external stakeholders for best services with cost effectiveness (building management, cleaning service, maintenance service, flight booking agent, other service agencies,)

Manage and preserve Company Stamp: ensure that signed documents are stamped appropriately.

Supervise tea ladies as well as hygiene and maintenance services.

Make payment request for admin services.

Assist in economy contracts archive.

Assist in other administrative support as requested by superiors.
Job requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or a similar role

Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

Solid understanding of general administrative tasks and office protocols

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams

Demonstrates a high level of responsibility, team spirit, and service mindset
