Position Summary
The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and handling a range of administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage calendars efficiently.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, coordinating restocking as required.
- Provide administrative and data entry support to various departments.
- Uphold company policies and security protocols to ensure a safe and compliant front desk operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi and Arabic is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be currently in the UAE and on own visa (or Spouse Visa).
