Job Description: Receptionist & Administrative Support
Position Summary
The Receptionist & Administrative Support staff is responsible for managing front-desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff.
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they are attended to professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate persons.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
- Assist with preparing reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Update and maintain contact lists and office calendars.
- Process requests for office supplies and ensure adequate inventory.
Office Coordination
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared.
- Assist in arranging company events, trainings, and staff activities.
- Work closely with department heads to support administrative tasks.
Clerical Duties
- Photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding documents.
- Organizing couriers and receiving deliveries.
- Maintaining logs for visitors, supplies, and administrative records.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Arabic speaking and writing is PLUS.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
