Job Description :

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person, via phone, or email.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed.
  • Support the HR/Administration team with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Ensure security by monitoring visitor logbooks and issuing visitor passes.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
