Receptionist cum Customer Support Executive - Female Tagalog

Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Answer "incoming or outgoing calls and provide chat support."
  • Respond professionally to caller inquiries about product availability, order status, and delivery status.
  • Take product reservations in advance and arrange for scheduled delivery.
  • Before committing to or delivering products to customers, ensure that they are of the highest quality.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products as agreed with customers. In the event of a delay, inform the customers in advance.
  • If products are not in stock, make arrangements to purchase them from the company's branches or from other vendors.
  • Build constructive dialogues with customers and propose alternate product choices in the event of the non-availability of requested products.
  • Follow up with customers regarding order pickup from the head office location.
  • Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
  • Perform other duties as and when needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
