Receptionist cum Digital Marketer

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Handle courier, mail, and document filing.
• Maintain an organized reception and office environment.
• Support the admin and HR team with routine tasks as needed
• Manage company social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Create engaging posts, stories, and updates highlighting company achievements, events, and products.
• Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns to promote company services.
• Coordinate with the design team for marketing materials and digital content.
• Track engagement and growth metrics across digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, energetic, and organized personality.
• Fluent in English.
