Receptionist cum HR cum Admin

We are hiring a professional and well-organized individual for a multi-role position covering Reception, HR, and Administrative responsibilities.

This role is ideal for someone who is presentable, confident, and capable of handling front-desk operations along with internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain front desk and office appearance

HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and interview coordination
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Support onboarding and HR processes

Admin Tasks:

  • Manage office supplies and day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate with different departments
  • Handle documentation and filing

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (English required)
  • Presentable personality and professional attitude
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Must be currently based in UAE

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
