The Receptionist cum Patient Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients while also managing coordination of appointments, patient flow, and administrative support to ensure smooth clinic operations and a high-quality patient experience.
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)
- Welcome and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
- Register patients and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate patient flow between departments/doctors
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and insurance processing
- Provide patients with information on services, procedures, and packages
- Follow up with patients for feedback, reports, or future appointments
- Handle complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary
- Maintain front desk organization and clinic presentation
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in receptionist or patient coordination in Aesthetic Clinic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and clinic/CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage, especially in UAE)
