We are looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist cum Patient Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service while assisting with patient coordination and treatment inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and patient inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar effectively.
- Assist patients with registration and payment processes.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and other staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide information about clinic services and promote relevant packages and treatments.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain records accurately.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying patient needs and recommending suitable services.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role in clinic is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-centric approach with a sales-oriented mindset.
