Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and candidates in a professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a visitor log and manage meeting room schedules.

Recruitment Support:

  • Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates through online databases, referrals, and job networks.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires — document collection, joining formalities, etc.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Support HR and Admin in maintaining employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle travel bookings and guest arrangements when required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality of information.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Business Administration).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, HR assistant, or recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and job portal usage.
  • Pleasant personality, confident, and well-organized.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,343.11 - ₹25,308.84 per month
