Key Responsibilities:Front Office Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors and candidates in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mails, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain a visitor log and manage meeting room schedules.
Recruitment Support:
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through online databases, referrals, and job networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding new hires — document collection, joining formalities, etc.
Administrative Assistance:
- Support HR and Admin in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Assist with office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle travel bookings and guest arrangements when required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality of information.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Business Administration).
- 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, HR assistant, or recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and job portal usage.
- Pleasant personality, confident, and well-organized.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
