Receptionist cum Secretary

Receptionist Required – Al Ain

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team in Al Ain.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle emails and office correspondence
  • Maintain office records and appointments
  • Support administrative and office tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist or admin experience preferred
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
