Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Female Receptionist Cum Secretary to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support and marketing support to ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage reception area and maintain a presentable office environment
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, documents)
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management
- Prepare reports, letters, and documents as required
- Maintain filing systems (physical and electronic)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
- Handle basic office tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Handle social media
- handle marketing
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and customer service attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Minimum bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in Digital Marketing and social media marketing is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in UAE
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Digital Marketing and social media marketing
