Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about company services.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Conduct outbound tele sales calls to generate leads for advertising, event, and exhibition projects.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and coordinate with the sales and project teams.
  • Support the marketing and events team with administrative tasks when needed.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments or internal meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Tele sales Executive, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong phone handling and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, tele sales, or customer service role — ideally in advertising, events, or exhibitions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
