Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in various computer applications, and have a strong ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure customer requests are logged into system and directed to the appropriate party.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Assist customers with order processing, billing issues, and service requests.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills and CRM systems.
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Assist with other office related functions as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate support skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette.
- Strong customer support and client services experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills including data entry and typing accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
