We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and handle service inquiries for KaamKrew, our online services platform. The role involves coordinating bookings, communicating with customers and service providers, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer calls/messages related to beauty & home service bookings
  • Manage appointments and schedules via KaamKrew app/admin panel
  • Coordinate with service providers and track ongoing jobs
  • Assist customers with service selection, pricing, and bookings
  • Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain daily logs and reports

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in Reception, Call Center, or Customer Support
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (Urdu)
  • Intermediate or Graduation
  • Customer handling, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with mobile apps, CRM, or dashboards
  • Presentable, disciplined, and responsible
