Saving Grace Ministries is a 501(c)3 in Buffalo, NY. Founded in 1999, we have been working to reach our community for over 25 years. Our goal is to provide safe, affordable, and stable housing for homeless individuals while empowering them to regain their independence and achieve their full potential. We want to find people who are committed to this mission with a heart to serve others. We do this through certified Emergency Shelter and Transitional Living Program.

*Overview*

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team split with data entry responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks. The role will be split at the front desk from 9am-2pm and then in data entry from 2pm-4pm. This person will be committed to Saving Grace Ministries' mission and willing to be a team player in serving our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate mailings and donor solicitations, thank you letters
  • Complete daily photo roster and distribute to staff, partners as directed
  • Assist Client Benefits Case Manager in tracking resident compliance with Department of Social Services; liaison with DSS staff as necessary to coordinate resident appointments
  • Collect and track rent payments in Excel from residents
  • Create and send out a weekly past due rent report
  • Organize client mailings
  • Track work orders
  • Answer phones, logging all calls into electronic journal
  • Enter bills into QuickBooks
  • Reconcile credit card receipts

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
