Job Description:
Amend Dental Centre is looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a dental clinic environment, be confident in handling patient interactions, and have good knowledge of dental or clinic management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients courteously and professionally
- Manage and schedule appointments efficiently
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries
- Maintain patient files, records, and data entry through clinic software
- Manage billing, receipts, and coordinate with the accounts department
- Support patient flow and coordinate with doctors and dental assistants
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for treatments and appointments
- Handle daily reports, cash collections, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
- Provide information to patients about dental services and treatment plans
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Candidates who worked in Dental field Preferred
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a dental clinic (mandatory)
- Proficiency in dental or clinic management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and basic accounting preferred
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations smoothly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
